Brightnet's Spyware Firewall

Why am I getting the screen shown below when I try to visit a website?
The screen shown above is from the Brightnet Spyware firewall. The Brightnet Spyware firewall has been implemented to help keep our customers safe and secure from a new online threat known as Spyware.
What is Spyware?
Spyware is malicious software that infests your computer through many tactics. Spyware by design works in the background of your computer and monitors what websites you visit, Spyware then sends this information back to a server. The server then sends an advertisement to the Spyware on your computer that shows up as either a popup window with an ad or embedded in the webpage that you’re currently viewing.
How is Spyware installed on my pc?
Spyware is installed in one of two ways, the first way is called “drive by installing” This method works when you go to a website that purposely installs the Spyware behind the scenes without your knowledge. The other type of installation requires user interaction, for instance if you download a “FREE Screensaver” you may get the screensaver but if you read the agreement you may be installing Spyware with the screensaver.
How does The Brightnet Spyware Firewall keep me safe?
The Brightnet Spyware Firewall combines preventative, reactive, and proactive measures

* Stops spyware downloads (including drive-by downloads)
* Blocks access to spyware Web Sites
* Detects spyware access to the Internet
